The Board of Directors of the University for Peace Model United Nations Conference (UPMUNC), would like to invite you to our conference to be held on June 8-10, 2015 at UPEACE Campus Costa Rica.

The theme for the conference is ‘Delivering on the UN Promise of Peace and Security: Rights and Obligations.’ The five committees to be represented are: General Assembly, Security Council, UN Women, United Nations Environmental Programme and United Nations Human Rights Council.

UPMUNC provides all participants with a true-to-life simulation of the kinds of negotiations that take place in the important Committees and Organs of the United Nations Organization. As the simulation takes place, an exceptional media team keeps the “Breaking News” updates and behind the scenes happenings of the conference. UPMUNC is interactive, entertaining, and engaging for all who participate!
